Chicken Biryani: Baked Chicken breast marinated with tandoori spice, yogurt ,G&G, Turmeric and S&P. Basmati rice blended with Biryani mix. Finished with my own coriander pesto and rita.

Braised short Ribs:  Beef ribs braised in the oven for 3 hrs with onions ,carrots and celery. Fresh herbs garlic with veal stock.   Served with garlic mash and seasonal green veg. Reduced red wine veal stock to make demi glaze.  $23.
